Need help unrooting

i recently rooted my droid, and now i want to unroot it. i followed an online tutorial from droid review and it was great, but i still am rooted...i downloaded an unroot_update.zip, put it on the root of my sd card, changed the name to update.zip and rebooted holding X to get into recovery mode....only now instead of the triangle and phone, i get ClockWorkMod Recovery v1.4.1

it has options and everything, but it wont let me select any of them using the camera button. the vol button works for up and down but the neither gold button (on top or inside) would work to select

can somebody help me!

Use sbf and do a full restore. Most other methods ive seen aren't 100% true or easy. With sbf..its just a few clicks.

forgive me for the possibly ignorant question, but what exactly is SBF?

im just frustrated and dont wanna complicate my situation any further.
