Need help with alltel milestone rooting. (If even possible)

That's the app pack. That gives you the Market, Twitter, Gmail, etc.

Since I'm assuming you want the Market you probably want to install it. Standard update.zip install, and don't forget you need to go into Settings > CyanogenMod Settings > User Interface > Tweaks extras > Select a theme STOCK_Black....then reboot so the notifications writing is the right color.

Okay. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised once you get the black theme turned on in the settings at just how good your phone now looks and you will LOVE all the features of the ROM. :D

Turn on the power control widget in the pulldown window. Trust me on this. :) And set it up so you have the flashlight LED option in there as well. ;)

dude... i dunno... i turn the theme to black... says to reboot.. and when i do its the same as before.... /sigh

Settings > CyanogenMod Settings > User Interface > Notification Power Widget
Settings > CyanogenMod Settings > User Interface > Widget buttons

Pull any you WON'T use off, but having instant access to turning 3G, WiFi, GPS and a flashlight On/Off is VERY, VERY nice! :) I have my Bluetooth toggle in there as well because I use a headset whenever I drive (except for now because I'm waiting on a shipment of earhooks from China).

Ah. The black theme was to get the colors to come out right in the notifications. That wooden theme IS the theme. At least you don't have to look at stock icons, eh? ;)
