What software did you use to extract the images from the original video?

Hmm. I have never used that. The only thing that I can think could be causing this is corrupt images. I noticed you don't have an empty line at the end of your desc.txt file. That has caused issues for me in the past (no looping at all)

I'm coming up at a loss.

I have no clue if this affects all devices but from the time I started working on boot animations would key the last line then basically hard return leaving the last line in the desc.txt blank.

If I did not do this the last folder would not play, and the previous folder if set to loop would not loop. This affected all the boots that I made. I don't know if that was specific to the devices, ROMs or kernels. I have always left the last line empty.

I have encountered other anomalies hidden in the desc.txt files (unseen codes) but this is very rare - they appear as tabs at the end of the lines and they will cause folders not to play correctly.

Its so much better with the audio but because of the loop back on each folder the audio ends up 6 frames behind the animation towards the end which is a lot an is noticeable plus I hate the flicker it makes between folders

I could run the images through Faststone and reset the resolution and see if that resolves the issue.

Here is what I can offer - I ran it all clean through Faststone image processing changed the resolution a small amount to get a better fit on the screen.. Completely recoded the desc.txt and renumbered the images from 0001-> 0653. Zipped it up (stored) and swept it for hidden db files.. all clear.

If this does not work I am tapped out of options. [fingers crossed]
