How do you use these? Does your phone have to be rooted?
No. They are an icon pack only, not a mod or anything like that. You just use them as you see fit :biggrin:

Well, they're simply image files, so you can use them how you would use any image file.
Background images, icons for apps, etc...You can use a file manager from the market to extract them.
