New Apps from 2.1

Is there a 2.1 apk for non-rooted users that can make your launcher look like this (with workable phone/browser buttons) or is this something that is available strictly through root?

****UPDATED WITH GOOGLE EARTH non-root****

Does the name or anything need to be changed? I downloaded it to my PC, then copied over to my SD card. When I opened ASTRO it wouldn't install.

I cant get it to work either

Interestingly, the site you posted (see above) for something else had a Google Earth, which worked.

Didn't work for me, I tried clicking the link from my phone and got an error. Did you do it that way of dl it to your computer and put it on the droid through usb??

Too cool for school!! It works like a champ, though it seems to hang when i try to run on WIFI. I have been waiting a long time for Google Earth on my phone (since I saw it running on an iphone). BTW I am running a stock DROID.

Thank you!!

Thank you so much, RinTinTigger!

I have just installed Google Earth on my 2.0.1 (NOT rooted) and it works perfectly thanks to you. You are officially awesome! Wow.

Guys, im not awesome....i just found it and wanted to share ;)

OK you suck; but we still appreciate the effort...

I'm really looking forward to 2.1 for the new clock. The one you posted is almost perfect but I just can't get over the menu lights staying on. I'm one of the poor saps that can't stand light when I sleep, it's always something.
