After calling the tec. department for like the 7th time, I finally got someone who knew what they were doing or actually did their job they are trained to do. He was able to see that the SIM card was reading right on their end and had me go to the nearest VZW location and pick one up. After I got the new SIM card the guy had to call Tec. and have them change the SIM card number on their end and it activated without problem. Thanks for all the help
