This is a Droid Bionic. By default Bionic means the use of mechanical parts to assist humans. In SciFi, generally a merge of human and machines. No glowing eye just makes it some woman in a black suit, that wants to be a ripoff of Tron's suits.

It's possible (but not probable) that this is actually not a 2 part commercial but a 3 part commercial... her suit looks somewhat mechanical, I could see her integrate the "new device" in to her suit, which is all part of her, to make her the new bionic machine to rule all machines... just sayin...
