New Droid Razr from verizon. Battery issues?

Lets just be real here....the og Razr battery life sucks. A phone shouldn't have to have this done to it to squeeze out extra juice. everytime i've called motorola, they've told me to calibrate it etc. Im sick of the bs. they also wont give you a new phone, but require you to send it in for 4-6 days and they repair it and send it back.

My og razr . Gets 3 1/2 to 4 hours screen time. With my heavy use that gets me 11 to 14 hours. I figure that's more than I expected from it.

Yeah...idk, this morning I was 3hrs and 27 mins off charging, with 29 mins of screen on time, and my battery was on 66%. I was only doing a little texting (seriously barely any) and a little bit of twitter. Sick of this razr

I feel like I'm beating a dead horse, but did you do a factory data reset and battery meter training after the ics update?

Yeah i did an FDR about a week ago, and yah i did the calibration. Overall, its the 3rd time ive done a FDR and calibrated the battery. Same results....

Have you tried using your phone on 3G instead of 4G?

Also a big factor could be how the signal is in your particular office

You have data off and only using WiFi. Try using your phone on 3G or 4G. Your phone would be dead already.

Also only 2h38m of screen time. There's a lot of standby time in that battery shot

Well I have 4G on in this one... And this is before I even did the meter training and I was streaming music for like two straight hours at work !.... My point is... I use the crap out of my phone.... And still have pretty decent battery life... So really if your battery doesn't last that long and your THAT upset about it...get a maxx!
