I get the phone number of the person but no name...no address or location. I'm wanting this with not only land lines but also cellular. I understand getting it with cellular is likely not possible but with my old phone I had extended caller id which told me at least the city/town/area in which the call was coming from even if it was cellular.

I am sure a search of "city state id" or "caller id" on Google Play will give you a choice of apps that will give you the options that you are looking for
Yeah if for 1) it shows me info on cell callers, 2) if it was free (which it is not) and 3) that the future (I hope soon release) of ICS doesn't come with a caller id feature that does the same exact thing but native to the OS.
I installed that handcent for Texts...but I think I clicked something too fast for one person on my list that for some odd reason when I go into see all my conversations his doesn't show up unless I send something out again in which all of the conversation is displayed? What did I do and how do I fix it

Sounds like you accidentally blacklisted it (blocked it) from the main Handcent screen click on the upper left star>Settings>Security and privacy>Show Blacklist then go back to the main screen and the conversation should be there. Long Press it and it should say unblock. then go back to settings and rehide the blacklist.
