Thats sad, I have the #11 phone figured out to the exact spot and wouldn't even need the GPS, was gonna go tomorrow and get it but now I gotta wait for the GPS tweet then run like hell to get it... or if they give the day its landing beforehand I can be there... still up to luck and not brains who gets it. Wonder how many people are after the same phone I am...

I am willing to bet the certificate is not placed until just before the gps coords are given...

Thats exactly what I said. They give hints to where it is then blast you with the gps so you can all scurry over to that spot and find it.
Kinda also says it on the official rules page...

Nah, have to read all the clues together to get an idea. The 2 previous clue refer to the phone being in 'Dixie' and where they built the rocket to the moon. Points towards Huntsville Alabama. Plus, they have steel mills down there.

But Pittsburgh is known as the 'Steel City', there are steel plants all over the US.. I could be wrong
