your welcome, they will have to try and determine what is wring with it, I really recommend the insurance too, this is the first phone I have gotten one on and I had a iphone before this, I have had a few phones go bad, 3 were with sprint, a razor and and 2 others, 1 I dropped in the toilet a day after I bought it, got lucky on that one and just had to get a new battery. but with the smartphones there not cheap so insurance is a good idea, they will even replace it if its stolen for something like 89
