New ICS Leak for Bionic

Just wondering, how did you install Nova Launcher? The Play Store says it's incompatible with the Bionic (presumably because officially the Bionic is still on Gingerbread) and won't allow me to download. I haven't installed the ICS leak yet -- does Play Store somehow detect it when you do? Or are you sideloading? Thanks, planning to try it out this weekend.

Just finished OTA .905 after fxzing to .902, Getting ready to flash ICS. wish me luck!

No luck needed.. it's painless really.

I got a failed to load gapps when ICS was finished booting, will that be an issue? other than that, I am up and running painlessly. Was on eclipse 3.0 with .905 leak. FXZed to 902, ota 905 ,then flash ICS. DONE

It didn't wipe my internal or external storage. I don't know why it did yours.

Did you root and safestrap before the ics flash? Or will it not work if I'm on 905 ota rooted and safestraped?

Forever root and safestrap will cause the update to fail. Forever root can be fixed manually. Safestrap is more complex. Most people in that situation are FXZ'ing back to 902 and starting clean.

People are reporting that using another launcher will make that work. There are a bunch in the market.

Anyone else not able to control notification + ringer volume simultaneously through the volume rocker? They seem to be separate with no option to combine.

This is the most annoying problem I'm having so far, that's with the 2233 build. Volume rocker is only controlling the ringtone volume and there's no option to synch the notification volume. Hopefully it's just something we've overlooked.

Otherwise, the image is running very well. Wifi, BT, LTE, Camera, GPS, etc. all working as expected.

I had this same problem. Downloaded new drivers and was successful

maybe try fxzing to .902 then download the ota then update ics from there

Battery life has sucked for me so far, 4hrs 35minutes to 10% from full charge. I have to be mostly to blame here, i havent put it down since this morning.
