I wonder if they'll bother doing an ICS incremental for the Razrs though, or just include that with JB (assuming we actually get it, and not just 100$ towards a new phone )

Razr has already been confirmed to get jb...

But I also wonder if they'll give the HD or gen 2 razrs a different ui.. I think they'll have to.. I say that only because the omap processor may not handle things as well as the Qualcomm snapdragon s4.

Then again, they could make the UI'S exactly the same...

The UI's could always look exactly the same but have very different backends tailored to the different devices' respective processors. I think they'll all sport an identical (in appearance) Blur UI.
