I am new to Smart Watches the Moto 360 will be my first. What do you recommend the first thing I should do with it out of the box? If you had other Smart watches how does it compare to others? What apps do you recommend?

The first thing is to add a screen protector. Trust me. ;)

It compares pretty well. I had a G Watch, now the 360 Gen2. The battery life is much improved with the last update.

We've pretty much covered the hell out of these watches if you don't mind reading some long threads.

/Edit As for apps, you'll probably be surprised to find out many of your apps on your phone already have watch parts. Like Amazon. That's pretty lame. I don't shop on my watch. Ever. And Belly. Nice idea but trying to get the iPad to read the QR code on your watch is pretty frustrating.
Your music app probably supports it. Hangouts is excellent on it allowing you to actually read whole conversations on it.
I don't use any watch specific apps except the Find My Phone app. Theres one in the Play store but Google has since added their own which kind of ticked me off. The 3rd party one is way better. But since Google added one I can no longer say "OK Google, find my phone" because both apps work on that phrase. And, of course, you cannot disable Google's. I deal with having to swipe to get to the app because it's that much better.

Is that a Huawei watch face on a 360?

Right. I'm basically saying if it's a Tag it shouldn't say Hawaei. Damnit. :D

Help help help... My notifications don't show no more... Started happening since I changed my SD card..
Are you aware you posted this in the Moto 360 2nd Gen Watch forum? It might be better to postbin the Moto G4 section, where folks that are familiar with the Moto G can offer help.
