What ROM did you flash? There is a battery drain bug in a couple where you had toggle the BT to enable the phone to enter deep sleep when off.

Download cpu spy from the market... See if your phone is entering deep sleep when the screen is off... If not, toggle your bluetooth toggle on & off and see if that helps (you will only be able to tell if your screen is off)...
