When you talk on the phone the screen is suppose to go black. If its not doing that then the phone is defective. There is no Google download to fix it unless you are still running 2.0.

Hmmm interesting, of course I've been to the store 3 times and not one person said anything about the screen needing to turn black!! Thanks for your help...Hook!!
