New to using the forum

AMAZING isn't quite an exuberant enough response to tell about the difference between this brand new, out of the box phone and the certified "like new" replacements that I've been getting!

It's like an entirely different BRAND of phone, not just a different model.

First good thing was that the phone actually recognized the sim card. I didn't even have to contact Verizon for any help, and I have everything back that was on my original Droid!

I must say that Idalia, from the Verizon Executive Office helped me tremendously. I am once again able to wake up and not dread what nightmare my phone was going to place me into. As I mentioned before, I'm disabled. I can't believe that I don't have a blinding headache today!

Ecstatically (if I was physically able to. I'd be jumping up and down and turning cartwheels) pleased,

That's awesome. It's good to see VZ stepping up and doing the right thing. If you get a new phone and you have issues with it you deserve a new phone as a replacement. JMHO If you have any questions about it, we're here.
