That version number is kind of troubling. The last SW version was 3.14.605.12 now this one is 4.03.605.1? Oh well one more update to track. If anyone gets this running. Let's hear if the radios are any better...or any feedback really.
Okay, I flashed it.
Here's how:
1. Install the ICS OTA full firmware.
2. Boot it up at least once. I skipped setup and just let it boot.
3. Extract the firmware.zip out and rename to PH98IMG.zip. (Don't remove it, just extract a copy.)
4. Place the PH98IMG.zip on the SDCard.
5. Rename the entire package to Update.zip and put it on the SDCard.
6. Reboot to recovery (which should now be stock.)
7. Press vol up and power.
8. The update will start and patch your files.
9. The phone will reboot to HBOOT and load the PH98IMG.zip file you put there.
10. Vol up to install.
11. PWR to reboot.
12. Profit!
Enjoy playing!

I just checked and no update yet. I'm still stock OTA, not rooted (still reading before I screw up) I assume I can update without rooting?
I'm confused. Can we flash this like we flashed the previous ICS leaks. I haven't updated to the latest OTA ICS since i haven't got any problems with my current version(from back in march), and i hear good and bad things about the OTA ICS. So i have the OTA ICS sitting on my computer to use someday if i need it. I want to put this on my computer as well for future use, if it works. Will i have to flash the OTA ICS first, and then flash this, or once i flash the OTA will i get this automatically from real OTA update?
Someone at xda says he followed the directions are "borked" his phone, and Verizon is sending him a razor. I think he means bricked.
You should eventually get it... but only a handful of people have gotten so far, be patient. Another couple days and we expect VZW to announce it and do a formal roll out.Anyone who installed the 12 ruu manually get this update ota?
In March 2002, the word was added to the Oxford English Dictionary under "Bork"; its definition extends beyond judicial nominees, stating that people who Bork others "usually [do so] with the aim of preventing [a person's] appointment to public office."
