New user in the bay area

I have had my Droid for about one week. "I love it" I am a former Sprint Customer for the last 15 years and I am glad I switch. Sprint has very very bad customer service. I dont know why I waited so long to switch. Granted they are the most inexpensive for unlimited everything, but you get what you pay for. Ever been to a Sprit store and you wait there forever and ever. I had a wonderful experience at the Verizon store. They get you in and out. They have a host to greet you, sign you in and get you on your way. Anyway back to my Droid. I had the Palm Pre, that phone is a joke and I also had the Instinct that phone also was a very bad phone. The Droid is fast, easy to learn, love the internet and all the apps. Only down side is the key board.
