Well if you haven't altered the recovery from the factory you could always format to stock and try again. Sorry im just trying to think of a work around.

Link me to the guide you are following. Seems to me you are doing something along the lines of trying to downgrade and then root. Not a good plan.


Main version older error is something you'd see in hboot or the RUU, neither which should be using in the root process.
