I ordered my dX through VZW [in store] last Friday and received it from FedEx on Wednesday. So, it didn't take long at all

If you order today it now ships tomorrow wait time is now dependant on fedex. They are going to be in stock in our stores within 2 weeks.. but why wait order and get it 2 days

It appears that Droid X order no longer have a wait time per the VZ website. I am happy to retire this thread with over 1,400 posts.

It only took 2+ months to fully quell the demand for this phone, well done Motorola and Verizon.

p.s. - you know it's just the demand for the Droid X that died down, not the demand for other phones went up.
