i downloaded handcent to my droid ( love it by the way, thanks everyone for the suggestion) problem is now i get 2 alerts when i get a text.....1 with the handcent app,,,,the other with the original text that came with the phone......how do i disable original and just get 1 ( the handcent one)

Go into the factory messenger, hit menu, settings. Turn off notifications
