All the way to the bottom there should be an "about tablet" choice with all your info. CJM has you covered there.

But while in there you should see a system updates tab or something similar, once you click on that you should be able to check for updates.
 
Hers the list under "about device", status, battery use, legals, model no, firmware, kernel and build number... no check for updates
 
Those buttons are blacked out and when touched do nothing, by the way , why won't it keep time, how do i get my itunes library on here and not trying to compare "apples" to oranges , but when i plug my iphone up by usb, itunes appears, what should appear when i plug up the droid?

ALOHA welcome to the forum. ur still not able to find out what type of tablet it is? as for iTunes, it isnt like apple products so there wouldnt be a pop iTunes Library. if u want to transfer music, u need to download an app from the market and look for something like iSync.
