Been running the nightlies... Number 23 locked me up at boot logo. not sure where to go from here?

You can try getting into stock recovery, wipe data, then when it's booting hold the power button, that should then boot into clockwork where you can flash a backup.

Doesn't the program check itself? Isnt there a checksum?
