No update...waiting on like new replacement

Well after waiting on the reboot fix update and four reboot today, went to the retailer I purchased my bolt, tried update again, NOTHING.!!! SURPRISE. Rep called tech support did a factory reset, that stinks, still nothing... So now I am waiting on my "like new" replacement. Hope this works... Rep said should have all the updates or will update once turned on... Any good karma would be appreciated.
