Ok.. I just got my replacement Note 7 and it went OK..... I will get into details later..... But my first concern is has anyone else noticed the back feels like plastic?? Seems like the first one had a pretty obvious glass back... I am almost certain this new one is plastic... It even sounds hollow...

Wow. I just took my replacement out of the case to check and you are right! It definitely feels like plastic. Did not even realize it until now.

I much prefer a plastic back over glass. Glass may have a much more premium look & feel, but it's not at all practical. Plus it still looks great to me. At least the blue version...I can't speak for the other colors. We didn't even notice it until Miller mentioned it and I tapped on it with my fingernail.

They could've avoided this whole dilemma with a removable battery. Since they went plastic on the replacements that could've done that in the first place.
Samsung really just seems to throw spaghetti at the wall and see if anything sticks yet again.
