Notification LED

Hello, I just got a Droid X a week ago today. I'm still learning my way around. I read the manual online and it says there is a Blue LED notification during an incoming call. It doesn't light up blue at all even during an incoming call. The green one works like it is supposed to though. Does anybody know if this is a feature that was removed with the froyo update? I'm aware of programs to change the led color and im not interested in doing that, just if its something they changed since the manual was written. Thank you!

I've never heard of a stock blue LED.
