How to...I guess I am one of the few who do not know how to install an APK. Or maybe I am one of the few willing to admit I don't have a clue! I see by following the link in the OP where the APK can be found. Anyone have a link to some general instructions?
Before I do that, though can someone tell me if there is any advantage to using Nova over Go Launcher EX for a non rooted phone?
How to...
1) Click this link on your phone: http://teslacoilsw.com/nova/download/NovaLauncher_beta.apk. It will download the app.
2) Once downloaded, just click the file (called novalauncher_beta.apk) in your downloads folder to install it. Make sure in your ICS settings you allow non-market apps.
3) Once installed, just press the home key on your phone and it will ask you what program you want. Select Nova Launcher.
I found it better than golauncher because Go launcher doesn't really bring any of the ICS experience. It was designed for older android versions. Nova is pure ICS goodness, but with more tweaks and settings available.

It's good to see that you can install if your not rooted. My next question would be how can you uninstall Nova, since It's a beta launcher can we go back to stock?
Thanks in advance.
