I've already come to the same conclusion about the 2.1 thing and your song lyrics make me think you know more about timing than you are leading us to believe. Sneaky sneaky sir.

I just don't see what kind of Widget or anything he can make with Live Wallpapers. Maybe hes just going to create live wallpapers? Or maybe the widgets will have live wallpapers... hell idk lol.

Well I don't think it will be linked directly (as in, apply the wallpaper and the widget appears or vice versa), I think it will be like Maps for example. When you install maps, it comes with an app, a live wallpaper, some integration into the OS, and COULD have a widget if they wanted to.

So his may be a live wallpaper that shows the weather that you can use if you want weather you use the widget or not. Technically it isn't a widget and isn't directly linked to any of the widgets but since it would serve about the same purpose, he would bundle it with BW.

Makes sense to me.

Question and I tried searching and came up with some close responses but nothing directly to what I am looking for.

Q: I just purchased Beautiful Widgets and wondered is there a way to replace the clock on the lock screen with a beautiful widget that shows the weather ? I don't mind unlocking my phone to look at the weather widget, but would like to know if anyone has come across this and if there is a way to do it.

I don't think that is possible as of now

You could look into Flyscreen, which lets you add widgets and info to a special lockscreen but I'm not sure if you can add ANY widget.

Update: Seeing as you can't get it for Beautiful Widgets, being trying to edit my own. Here is what I have done so far, but still got a ways to go. Have to fix the numbers from overlapping (Now Fixed), as well as do the landscape mode.

Looks great!

If you are making this skin in Photoshop or something similar and are willing to send me the files I can probably adapt it to BW for everyone here.

Any word on this? Ever since I first saw the original BW done up in clear glass I've been looking for this. thanks!
