Is the Beautiful Widgets skin server going really slow and not loading all the images for others? Only the first four images load for me. I have tried on both wifi and 3G.

Also I would to get a copy of the Holy Glass Mod skin. That looks amazing.

It is doing the same for me, regardless of signal and network speed. Even when it does load I have to download a skin 3 or 4 times before it shows up in my list.

Once I can find some help to fix landscape issues, I'll gladly release HolyGlass to BW if allowed.

Oops I missed it. Well one thing you could do is install a launcher that allows rotation such as LauncherPro. It is free, fast, in the market, and you can uninstall it after you're done testing.

Or you may even like it enough to keep it

Hmmmm.....thanks, will have to check that out. As far as the slow issues of downloading skins Tama-Chan said this about it.

it takes forever to upload because my server is hammered by new users that download skins. It happens often when I release a new feature which bring new users and the LWP did.

Tama's been having some issues with his server recently. From above:

So you may just have to be patient. The skins may load after you wait for a while, or just try a little later. He's trying to fix it.

I have a quick question.....a few skins I down load in the BW settings, don't show up in the downloaded side of the screen, but if I use Astro and go look they are there in the correct location. How can I fix this? It's the DroidDoesGlass one I really want to apply, but can't!

Ok I fixed two things....one was i uninstalled and reinstalled BW and that fixed my geolocation mode that wasn't working anymore. I also just manually installed the files from certain skins and they showed up and worked in the skins SD files. Seems some files download fine from the server and some don't.

You'll have to manually put it on your SD card, see page 113 of this.....I think that's the right page were the zip files for those skins are there.
