I usually uninstall the stock apps before I install any of the themed apps from the toolbox, that way it avoids any conflict with potential different versions of the same app
I'm overclocked at 1.25ghz. I can't flash kernels on the d2. I use quickclock and droid2 overclock. Quickclock is simply awesome. It calibrates your max/min values for frequency and voltage, then i use the conservative governor in droid overclock to save battery. Its a great setup for me.
Just rooted, backed up, wiped, and installed liberty on my droid 2. I rebooted, and now the liberty startup animation is looping. how long does this last?
EDIT: I rewiped and did another install, liberty is up and running fine. however, swype isn't working. haha, i'll follow the fixes I saw for the problems posted on the first couple pages.

Thanks Idopa, that got Swype working again. I thought I'd mention that FlexT9 from the market (basically Swype +, with speech input that kicks ass) doesn't seem to work right.
It just beeps and won't do the "swype-like" text input or voice recognition, but only works as a regular keyboard.
I have a screen shot of what I'm talking about. The app in the picture was installed but now is missing from the market and say my phone doesn't have the right content.

EDIT: Figured it out. Settings in the market app you will be able to change the filter. Mine was on ALL, but changed it to Mature and my apps missing are now available.
