Official Release Date is the 15th

I find it hard to put any stock in Nexus release dates. I don't even want one in the slightest but feel kinda bad for people who do.

I was just as excited for the 9th as I undoubtedly will be for the 15th. Sadly, I cannot break the cycle of excitement and disappointment over planned and pushed release dates. /sadface

Hell, I wouldn't put it past Verizon to put it on their site and then pull it just to continue toying with our emotions! :frown:

I don't even get excited anymore. I'm still excited over the phone itself, but not when I hear a new date. This is physically and mentally draining!

I read an article just a bit ago that said that Google Wallet was not as secure as it should be.

If true then that may be the reason and it's not Verizon's fault.

This just in! Japan has just released the Galaxy Nexus II with Android 5.0 Gum Drop OS! They are all laughing and pointing at us silly Americans because we don't even have the Original Galaxy Nexus with 4.0/4.1 ICS !

From a Verizon Corporate Store.

Of course if Verizon changes it's mind it won't be sold that day.
So by official, you mean not yet official? Corp stores have shown us too many times that they are either misinformed or willing to misinform us. The only ones that are telling the truth are the ones who say they don't know.

Official because the store I called verified the 9th and then when I called back said it was delayed. Before that they disclaimed any knowledge of when it would come. They have credibility.
