definitely download this, best music app ive used. make sure you move to /system/app and fix permissions

I can't get this to install. I tried installing via terminal and via Root Explorer. Terminal comes up with error:

Failure [INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_NO_CERTIFICATES]

hey M1, is there anyway to get the effects on this rom to say, a stock rom? the effects (the bounce at top and end of page mainly) are what keep me on this rom. i love em. i know cyanogen and ud have integrated them but they are kind of different. cyanogen never runs well with me and ud seems to have tons of bugs this round.

This is the Root Explorer method. Download the .apk to you SD card which you've done. Open root explorer, scrool down to SD card, select it and find the .apk, long press and click move. Back out and go back to where you select SD card(the list of folders that appear after you open Root Explorer), scrool down and select system, then select app. You should see a list of .apks installed in the phone. Press Mount R/W at the top corner, then paste the .apk. after you paste it, find it, long press, and click permissions, there will be some boxes with checkmarks inside, uncheck them and only have the first column checked, and the top box on the middle column check. Leave all the rest unchecked, click ok. Reboot and there ya go. Hope I explained clear enough

I figured out by selecting another .apk that was installed and looked at the permissions it had checked and then applied it to that one

Its possible. I haven't looked into it yet. I'll try and find the lines that dictate the behavior and replicate it. Ill try it when I get home today. Anyone know the lines in the meantime?
