So we are skipping the new release because of all the bugs in it right.

Yeah, 11.05 was an epic fail. The next MIUI release should fix the bugs that have appeared with the addition of the new lockscreen music controls. All the bugs I experienced were tied to the lockscreen in some way.

Has anyone had their lock screen go transparent on them? My lock screen goes transparent sometimes and it actually looks really good. I'm not sure if anyone has experience this, but sometimes the rectangle that encloses the unlock, text, call and time/date would just disappear. I still have my shortcuts and time/date but the grey rectangle would be gone. Anyone know why this would have happened? Its not a problem as I think it looks really nice, I can see my wallpaper better. Just wondering.

I really like the transparent lockscreen too, so what I did was make my lockscreen and wallpaper the same picture and voila, transparent lockscreen all day long, lol

I'm using the original darkedge wallpaper that REALigion made with the escalator coming down from the mouth. It's siiiiiick...

I wonder how things got so screwed up? This might be a result of too frequent updates on their part. I am not complaining about them. I like having something to look forward to each week and I enjoy the process of flashing my phone but it seems like there are issues with each update. Maybe if they took more time between them they would have more time to work out all the bugs before it is released. Either way I am all in on the Miui ROM so I am going to be flashing um.

Well here is the reason why sometimes it will work on one device but not another even if they are both the same device. I'm sure they didn't encounter the bugs before they released it.

Pretty cool ROM. Have to admit, I have to get used to the no app drawer. Hate rearranging all these damn icons, lol. Another thing I hate is that I cant hit the "enter" button to send a sms from the keyboard. Overall, cool **** though.

actually much more accessible not having the app drawer (imo). try using the folder widgets, thatll cut down on having to rearrange he icons so much.

I'm getting used to it. I have all my apps in 6 folders on my main home screen, right under my Fancy Widget. Looks great!

first let me say ive been trolling this thread and the miui ROM for a few weeks now but i just installed 6.4 last night. i have to say its amazing. im really enjoying everything about this ROM. i did a fresh install and restored my apps+data through tibu with no problems. thank you guys, you have done an amazing job with this. i will certainly be hitting up you boys on the donation links this week.

I'm really liking this rom so far. Used lithium mod up until now and this seems to be much more smooth.

The one main problem I'm having is that I cannot access the droid's programming menu with this rom. dialing ##PROGRAM just gets me a wrong number.
I just realized up until now that I didn't have it set for the better voice quality.

I don't want to flash another rom to update it but I guess I can if I have to.

I just tried that and I still see the rectangle...now the rectangle is transparent and I can see through it but I still see it. What happened before was the actual rectangle was completely gone. An it appeared as if the data/time, etc was just floating there.

Welcome to Team D1-MIUI, we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
I'm not sure what you are trying to program, but I'm no expert.
For phone programming and roaming updates dial *228+ (long press 0 for the +)

So somebody might have said this already, maybe not. And this might not the place to say it, and it might not even be possible but....... how about a way to organize the apps alphabetically. It would be a huge time saver..

Hahaha funny I enjoy when MIUI randomly rearrenges my apps in the folders I think I have figured out how its thinking but not sure yet.

My only peeve with MIUI is the lack of an app tray. I like to keep a clean screen, without folders or icons, and it is nearly impossible. Plus, I have the apps placed in folders, and I forget what folder I put what app in:icon_eek:

Thinking of going to one folder with all apps in it.
