Same, it updated this morning and caused me problems that I am fighting to get resolved.

I guess I am lucky then that neither of the two Incredibles that my kids are using have the update showing up yet.

Well, once all my applications showed installed again, then after a reboot it re-populated my screens. Seems the rule of thumb is go through installed software and make sure everything is present, then do a reboot on the phone.
