One Way Outlook Sync problem...

I have found that when I set up a meeting request, or appointment in Outlook it sync's fine to my Droid 2. However, if I make the appointment on my Droid, it doesn't upload to Outlook. Am I missing something? It also appears as a 'red' listing rather than 'blue' when done from Outlook.

Advice please?

I'm having the same issue. Any ideas folks?

I figured it out. When you create an appointment on the D2, it wants to default to your Google calendar. There's a dark box at the top of the screen where you can select your Exchange account. Do that and it auto populates in Exchange on your PC.
