Only 1x data! :(

I live in South Carolina and have been having similiar problems more in the morning time. I can be on 3g at my home and them BAM nothing for 3-4 hrs and the whole time its searching for 3g its draining my battery..

Seems like a lot of people are having data problems the past few days

For the past couple of weeks or so, my TBolt has been constantly switching between 4G, 3G, 1x and no data.....every few minutes when I am at work. At home with no 4G available in the area, it has been pretty consistent staying connected to 3G although there was one evening where it kept switching between 3G, 1x and no data.

How to get to & disable quick boot to get back to 4g

Hi VINEYD, once u get to know ur new smart phone, you'll love it. To answer ur question about how to get to and disable quick boot on ur smart phone * from ur home page, goto menu, then select power, then in that category, make sure quick boot is unchked. Hope that helps.

My problem started from using my task killer and unknowingly disabling whatever op system file or program that had to do with keeping the 4G online.
