Original Droid to a friend.....

I'm selling my original droid to a friend of mine, because i got a droid X. He doesn't want it activated or anything, he just wants to use it for the camera, music, and other stuff like that. I realised that it doesn't get 3G without a data plan, but if i do a hard factory reset, will i lose any other priviledges that i have with it right now?

You will loose your apps, and you will not be able to redownload them from the market.

Or can you still use the market using Wi-Fi??
