OTA Updates Possible Before The 11th?

For what it's worth the sub folders in exchange are still listed as a folder and not sub, so this fix was not part of this update.

I'm still running the older firmware "2.0" just what do we have to do or not do to accept the update?

Do we have to be "not" using our phone for a specified period of time and will it notify us?

Anyone have a guess as to when this will happen today before midnight, or is the release spread out so as to not overload their servers?

Is this an early update or should we still expect the Dec 11 update too?

I just got notification that an update is available. In fact, it just finished installing while I typed that last sentence.

The home screen looks way different! The clock is in a different font, and there's a lock icon on the left with a speaker icon on the right, rather than the arched thing that was there before. It's firmware version 2.0.1, kernel version 2.6.29-omap10g0dd7e0b anroid-build@apa26 #511. Build number ESD56.
