Called Verizon since I had insurance and they told me the original Droid has been discontinued and gave a choice of Eris or Incredible. Of course I choose the Incredible dancedroid

if you still have the insurance they should be able to send u a refub phone anyway because they hold some just for cases like this. but if your getting a new incredible congrats! lol

So you just called them and they let you change phones? Lucky... I called Verizon and they are sending me a battery (they said the problems ive been having are because of the battery).

I've never had to use insurance on anything like this that I've owned. Do you return your damaged phone or do you just keep it?
