Make a backup, flash a stock, rooted ROM onto your phone, and run it for at least 8 hours of regular use -- unless it starts up again faster than that.

camera still going nuts, looks like its deffantly a manufactor problem with the phone i have. ill be calling them tommrow.

running a stock 2.2 rom froyo. have superuser permisions however rom manager says i need to root phone andtitanium backup says im not rooted.. whatever though, phone isnt running the way its supposed to . even durring calls it comes on and snaps a picuture. probably one of those crazy conspiracies coming true LOL. well im off to bed, tommrows call to verizon will be round 3 with the droid `

Seeing SU doesn't mean you're rooted. It just means if they check your app drawer they'll void your warranty.
