Outlook sync with Droid

How can I get my outlook calendar to sync with my calendar on my Droid? Is there a way to forward everything in my Outlook to my Gmail? My Outlook e-mail shows the message and when I hit load more messages the in-box clears. Any suggestions!?!?!?!

get the app from google to sync your outlook calendar with your google calendar and it will sync to your droid. it's called google calendar sync.
