This might be a dumb question but how do I do the second step which is to flash in clockwork recovery

You will need to look into getting 'Safestrap' as far as I know. Unfortunatly I dont have a RAZR, so Im not sure what your options for recovery are. Check thru the RAZR Hacks section looking for bootloaders.

Not to be offensive, but this isn't 'childs play'. If you cant look thru the forums and figure out how to do it, you probably shouldn't try. Part of the process is actually understanding what it is you are doing.

I second b-unit. If you don't know how to flash in cwm than you probably shouldn't try overclocking. Just keep reading and learn all aspects of the mods and tweaks of your phone before you so something that will cost you money.

I agree with B-Unit also...you are obviously over your head if you don't even know how to install safestrap or bootstrap...or what the difference between them is. Go to DroidRzr.com. There is a forum there that talks about over clocking. Lots of information for users who know what they are doing. The operative words there are..."know what they are doing". The fact that you have root means you no longer have a warranty from Motorola or Verizon. So, if you make a mistake and can't recover you have a very expensive paper weight.:serious:

Well I do know how to install bootstrap and safestrap and know the difference between them and I have safestrap installed and have the Droid Razr utility too so I'm good there. I just figured that someone would just be able to tell me what to do and how to do it since I've never have done it before so I obviously have to ask how to do it for the first time I try it cuz its not like I'm just gonna know how to do anything without asking
