My wifi is not on and I have been trying and canceling and retrying and it still says download unsuccessful any more ideas on what could be wrong??

The download unsuccessful is usually a market data/cache issue so I would clear both again and then reboot the phone for good measure and try the market once more. Make sure you have connectivity, either 3G or wifi, browse to a web site or something first.

You could also do a battery pull, can't hurt.

Ok tried all that cleared market data and cache, rebooted, and made sure I had 3g connectivity and it stol says download unsuccessful I am totally frustrated with this whole thing.

In addition to clearing the market data, clear the data and cache of Download manager too. This happens to me all the time and that always fixes it. You just have to accept the market terms again.

your best bet imo is to try to download somewhere you have a strong wifi connection...do all they said above and retry on wifi...Ultra keyboard took a long time to complete download because it is a big file, like swype...it has a dictionary and alot of info to bring with it. The market get busy at times and any break in a connection will cause a fail to complete download. good luck aand enjoy ultra when you grt it... it is a little tricky to learn the color customization menu but after you figure it out you can make so many color keyboard option...I have so many its hard to chose...no more gray on gray swype...do remember that it takes time to learn your words as swype does so you do have to give it time.
