I don't have problems, AT&T's slowest internet and a good day about 3.5 megs on 4g. I'm slow but steady.

Thought about that. I tried to hook up my old modem/router with no luck but when I went back to the Verizon modem, I am back to 25 Mb/s. If it acts up again, I'll demand someone come take a look at it.
