Party lounge

I run 8 miles every morning, then I work out at noon, then again at 6... if I'm pissed I do tens...

5 minute miles for ten miles... that takes it out of ya..
 
I just cruise, 6:15 miles.

On a treadmill its hard for me. I can't open my stride up... my new thing is running sprints uphill.. I wish I could try to run the veterans memorial bridge... but its steep as hell and drivers down here would probably kill me before I got anywhere...

People down here can't walk without killing someone... driving for them should be outlawed..
 
Next year I'm going to do the LA marathon, you'll be as to spot me. I'll have two oxygen tanks strapped to my back and a defibrillator as a fanny pack, and a twelve pack in one hand. But I'll still cut a sub 4.
 
I do the fastest half Marathon every year, its all down hill, then for kicks I do the Mt. Baldy run to the top, all up hill. Tried the "bridge" run once, our local bridge. Way too many people in one spot, like trying to sprint through a concert, can't keep a rhythm.
