When you guys cut your lawn, do you leave the trimmings on top of the grass? I do, it works as a great fertilizer. I just try to go through it twice as much as I can.

There is a book called the lawn bible. The author is the ground keeper at Fenway park. He says to leave it. Just make sure it is mulched with with no clumps. That will kill the underlying grass.
