I had a severe bronchial infection..pneumonia... whatever.. lol. I couldn't breathe.. it was terrible.. hospital wanted to admit me.. I had no part of it.. then I felt better the next day, so I worked out.. fine... went for a run... STUPID..rested a day... tried it again today. I'm fine now..
Haven't been sick in over a year and a half.. so this was out of the blue... and hit hard and fast...
