Hey guys I just did the OTA JB update and was also having problems with the latest PDANET+/Foxfi wifi tethering. I tired doing the previous root and Wifi Tethering fix mentioned and could not get that to work. So if you were like me and were still having problems I used this method mentioned here:

While it unlocked Verizon's wifi tethering option it also bypasses their new "entitlement check" when trying to run PDANET's wifi hotspot. Hope this helps someone else out too.
