Louie - yes, this is all included in our standard data plans. Only thing to note is that VZ could watch your usage , throttle you ( slow you down ) or find that you are using these programs to tether. It's not something they want you to do as they want you to buy their monthly tether plan.

Just don't go downloading a hundred GB's of data using your cell connection, it's a sure way to speed up Verizon on cracking down on illegal tethering.
